If you are interested in a single room + bathroom for short stays, please contact us for a quote.
This price list is per apartment per day in euros.
Each apartment is furnished with antique furniture.
Extra bed for additional person €35.00 (including children aged 2 and above).
Children under the age of 2 stay free (1 per family).
Prices include the supply of towels and bed linen every 6 days.
Check-in 15:00 / 19:00
Check-out by 10:00
Minimum stay and check-in/check-out days:
low season: 2 nights, check-in/check-out every day
high season: 5 nights, check-in/check-out every day
Conditions:
HOLIDAY PAYMENT AND ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT (€300) TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN
Pets allowed only on request: €15.00/night
Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas.
It is forbidden to leave dogs in the room when leaving the property.
Swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents:
SWIMMING POOL OPENING 1 June 2026
SWIMMING POOL CLOSING 15 September 2026
(weather permitting)
Other conditions:
The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking based on the type of apartment available and the number of guests.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The booking is considered valid upon receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. A copy of the payment must be sent.
The balance will be requested on the day of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled only 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but will be retained as compensation.
The customer declares that they accept and agree to the following conditions:
